F450 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the official terms and conditions governing use of the f450 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the f450 platform who access our services from Malaysia or from abroad.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any part of the f450 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

Use of the f450 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher legal age required under your local jurisdiction.
  • Using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
  • Not prohibited by any applicable local law or regulation from using online betting services.
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

F450 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to temporarily suspend access pending the completion of verification.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the f450 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. f450 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your ID or passport, proof of address, and relevant financial documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account access being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access.
  • Notify f450 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring your account information is kept up to date and accurate.

F450 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Deposits, Transactions & Payments in MYR

All transactions on the f450 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are solely owned by you. f450 does not accept deposits from third parties or through accounts not registered in the name of the verified user.

Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including local e-wallets and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum amounts for each payment method may vary and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.

Regarding withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise directed by the support team.
  • If there is an active bonus in your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • F450 reserves the right to request compliance documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
  • Processing times vary by payment method and may range from a few minutes to three business days.

F450 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the f450 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
  • Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with a third party.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Abusing the bonus or promotions system in a manner contrary to the intended spirit of the offer.

F450 accepts no liability to users or third parties for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, service interruptions, or technical errors. f450's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the user's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

F450 is also not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet failures, power outages, or natural disasters.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

F450 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity.
  • The user is in breach of any term set out in this document.
  • Account found to have been registered using false information or a falsified identity.
  • At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
  • Upon instruction from a regulatory authority or competent law enforcement body.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, f450 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the f450 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of f450 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.

The f450 platform may contain links to third-party websites such as game providers or payment partners. f450 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

F450 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the f450 platform after any changes are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to reflect the original intent of the parties, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
